Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase (depending on order time). No shipping on weekends or public holidays.
  • Ground shipping is the default method, but customers may select an alternative option at checkout. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours by email and in your account for order status tracking.
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout and do not require a signature. If a package is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, the seller reserves the right to charge an additional shipping fee for reshipment. Please refuse delivery if a package is damaged.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control, such as natural disasters or courier issues.
  • Special Instructions for International Orders: For orders outside the US and Canada or to APO/FPO addresses, please email us before placing an order to confirm shipping costs and timelines. Delivery time for international orders is 1-6 weeks, depending on the shipping option, and is generally fulfilled by our overseas partner companies.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy; you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item (exceptions apply).

  • Return Conditions: Items must be in their original, unused condition, free from damage or stains, and in the original, undamaged packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your order. If you find any defects, damage, or if the item is incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue appropriately.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including N2O cartridges and custom products. If you have questions about specific items, please reach out.

  • Non-returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

For eligible items (such as cream whippers), if a quality issue is confirmed, we will process an exchange per our policy. N2O cartridges are non-returnable. To initiate an exchange, email info@mosastores.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to confirm approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional bank or credit card processing time may apply.
